Analysis of Lifestyle and Physical and Mental Health Level of Secondary Vocational Students in a Region of Yunnan Province

Abstract:[Objective]ToinvestigatethelifestyleandmentalhealthlevelsofvocationalhighscholstudentsinacertainareaofYunnanProvine,understandthelifestyleofvocatioalighsholudentsintisegion,analyztefactorsafectingtherntaland physicalhealth,andprovidestrongevidenceforfuturehealtheducationmanagementandtargetedinterventionmeasures.[ethods] FromMaytoJuly224,atotalof1O08vocationalhighschoolstudentsweresurveyedusingaclustersampling methodinacertain areaofYunanProvince,analyzing teirlifestyles,mentalandphysicalhealthlevels,andrelatedinfluencingfactors.Results]Onlya small portion of vocational high school students in this region have healthy lifestyles; 46.3% of students can maintain three meals a day, 2.9% can eat breakfast daily, 20.9% can exercise daily,and 11.9 % go to bed before 23:00. Only 36.9% of students do not smoke.[Conclusion]Tereisstillalotofoomforimprovementinheealthylifestyleofsecodaryvocatioalstudentsiisio Aregularlifestylecanreducetheprevalenceofdiseases.Itisnecessarytoexploreandestablishamulti-diseasepreventionhealth educatiointegratinggovernt,profesioalitus,shools,amiliesndommunitistopromotethysicaladtal health development of adolescents.
