Abstract: People'shealth isthefoundationof socialcivilizationand progress,animportantsymbolof national prosperityand strength,andacommopursuitoftheastmajorityoftepeople.hefivefavorsofoodinraditionalCineseulure,sellasthe physical and mentalcultivationof harmonybetweeheavenandman,havebeenpaseddownandaccumulatedoverthecourseof time,becomingasolidforceforsfeguardingpeople'shealth.Theideaofpeople'shealthisapeople-centeredandhealthbasedview of people'shealth.IsonceptofputingpeoplefistandlifefistcontinuestheancientChinesevaluesofpopulism,harmonybetwen manandnature,andthetraditionalmedicalethicsofvaluinglife.Itdemonstratesprofoundraditionalculturalheritageandcontempo raryvalues.Indepthresearchonthesetraditionalculturalfactors isof greatsignificanceforaprofoundunderstandingandgraspof therichconnotationofpeople'shalth,promotingteconstructionfahealthyChina,andineritingndpromotingexcelenttraditional Chinese culture.
