Abstract:Thispaperintroduces theCIPPmodelintothequalityevaluationofcultural education incollgesanduniversities, providingacomprehensiveandsystematicqualityasessentoolforcultualeducationinhgherducationinstitutions.Throughfully analyzingadertingteraeistsofodel,suchsistirosstue,speiityrocsati larityandfbackatue,iearlyefinsfourimesos:tviontalfoeoflualducatiolgsdsi tiesbasedonbackgroundevaluation,theresourceforceofculturaleducationincollgesanduniversitiesbasedoninputevaluation, theactionfoeofultualeducatioinolgesanduniversitisbasdonprocssevaluatio,andthectivenessfoeofulural educatinincolegesanduniversitiesbasedonoutcomeevaluation.Aspecificqualityevaluationsystemforculuraleducationincollegesandunversitisistioallostructd,trebypomotingtsintficityadardaonndveloentofality evaluationofculturalducationincolegesanduniversitis,andservingtheeducationalevaluationreformofteculturaledcation system in the new era.
