Abstract：Inthecontextoflobalization，highshoolEnglishteachingshouldfocusoncultivatingcrossulturalunderstanding However，theexistingteachingsystemlaystoomuchemphasisonWesterncultureandignoresexcelentraditionalChineseculture， resultinginthelackofculturalsubjectivityanddeepunderstandingofstudentsincross-culturalcommunicationBasedonthis，this study discusses the value and application of excellent traditional Chinese culture in the cultivation of cross Θ-Π cultural understanding abilityfromtheprspetieofexcellnt raditionalChineseculture.Tispaperanalyzsterelationshipetweenculureandlagage learninganalsthlementsofossuluraludesandngbiltndexpoudsteiqueleofelntrdiioaCe cultureincrossculturalcommunication.Ontisbasis，theaperexamines theshortcomingsofcurrnthighsholEnglishteaching， andproposesstrategiessuchasoptimizingthecampus culuralenvironment，caringoutculuralexperienceactivitis，andiovating clasroomteachingdesign，soastobuildacrossulturalunderstandingsystemwithlocalculturalrotsandglobalvisioneance students'culturalconfidenceandcross-culturalcommunicationabilityandthuspromotethedeepreformofhighshoolEnglish teaching.
