摘 要：目的：探究雙環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化心理護(hù)理在手足顯微外科斷指再植術(shù)患者圍手術(shù)期中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：以74例外科斷指患者作為研究對(duì)象并隨機(jī)分組，對(duì)照組患者實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)模式，觀察組實(shí)施雙環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化心理護(hù)理。比較兩種不同干預(yù)模式對(duì)患者負(fù)面情緒以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率的影響。結(jié)果：兩組患者手術(shù)前SAS、SDA評(píng)分無差異，干預(yù)后，兩組患者SAS、SDA評(píng)分均有所下降，且觀察組低于對(duì)照組（P

Application of Double-link Coordinated Standardized Psychological Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Patients Undergoing Replantation of Amputated Fingers in Hand and Foot Microsurgery

Abstract： Objective： To explore the application effect of double-link synergistic standardized psychological nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing replantation of amputated fi ngers in hand and foot microsurgery. Methods： Seventy-four surgical patients with amputated fi ngers were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into twp groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention mode， and the observation group was given doublelink coordinated standardized psychological nursing. The effect of two different intervention modes on patients’ negative emotions and complication rates were compared. Results： There was no difference in the SAS and SDA scores between the two groups before surgery.
