水利行業(yè)標準《水量計量設備基本技術條件》編制研究

摘 要：通過對水資源取用水水量計量監(jiān)測設備的產品現狀、現行標準現狀、現場實際應用現狀的調研分析，結合當前水資源取用水水量計量監(jiān)測工作的實際需求和特點，制定了水量計量監(jiān)測設備的基本技術要求和試驗要求標準，本文重點介紹標準研究與編制的背景和過程，闡述標準編制的必要性以及編制的原則和方法。

Abstract： Based on the investigation and analysis of the product status， current standard status， and practical application status of the water resource water intake metering and monitoring instrument， combined with the actual needs and characteristics of the current water resource water intake metering and monitoring work， the basic technical requirements and test requirements standards of the water quantity metering and monitoring instrument are formulated. This paper focuses on the background and process of the standard research and preparation， and describes the necessity， principles and methods of standard preparation.
