標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化低熱量飲食干預(yù)在早期2型糖尿病肥胖患者管理中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:目的:分析早期2型糖尿病肥胖患者管理應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化低熱量飲食干預(yù)的效果。方法:將84例2型糖尿病肥胖患者隨機(jī)分為兩組各42例,以普通糖尿病飲食干預(yù)的為參照組,實(shí)施低熱量飲食干預(yù)的為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,兩組各干預(yù)2個月,對其應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行評價(jià)。結(jié)果:體質(zhì)量兩組干預(yù)前差異不顯著(P>0.05),干預(yù)后體質(zhì)量實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者低于參照組(P0.05),干預(yù)后FBG、PBG、HBAIC指標(biāo)實(shí)驗(yàn)組低于參照組(P

Application of Standardized Low-calorie Dietary Intervention in the Management of Obese Patients with Early Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of standardized low-calorie diet intervention in the management of obese patients with early type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Eighty-four obese patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group. The reference group received normal diabetic diet intervention, and the experimental group received low-calorie diet intervention. The application effect of the two groups were evaluated after the intervention for 2 months. Results: Before the intervention, there was no signifi cant difference in body weight between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the body weight of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P0.05).
