Abstract: Inresponse to issuessuch aslowstudent engagementandalack of diversityincourseformats incollge physical education(PE),thissdyasedonteducatioaloneptofsortsducatiointegratio,proposestathgherducatiotit tionshould emphasize thebalanced development of students’academic studies and physical exercise.Itims to guide studentsin adoptinga“health-first”mindsetandenhance theirparticipationandexperienceinphysicalactivitiesbybuildingadiversified collegePEcurriulumsystem.Toachieve this,thestudyofers thefollowingrecommendationsforcurriculumdevelopment:enhancingteachers’capacityforcuiculumdsign;formulateinnovativeteachingplans;optimizeinstructionalprocessdsign;ich extracuricularactivities;developspecializedcoursetypes;andimprove theevaluationmechanismforstudents’leaingprges.
