Abstract：Intheeraofgenerativeartificial intellgene，legaleducationshouldadheretotheexcelentcharacterofeducation whileactivelyexploringreform.Therapid developmentofAIGCnotonlyimpacts thetraditionallegaleducation，butalsobrings theinteraldriveforreform.Thesingleteaching modelbegins tocolapse，ontologyriskthreatens thestabilityofteachngcontent， technologyabuseducstheoriginalityofsudents’tinkingandprofesioalreplacementshakestegoalandmetodoftalent training.Tereorelegaleducationnedstosetifcialintellgenetenologytoinoatetachngmode，ulti-disilate gration，enhancecommunityefect，oncoursemutalrecogitionandconsuctadualteachermodeltoshapeteachngealuationmecanism.Intheactivereformoflegaleducation，weshouldcontinue toaderetotheeducationofhumanity，moralityand subjectorientatio，andpayatentiontotheineritaneoftraditionalculturewhileembracingthedevelopmentofsieneadtech nology， so as to promote the rapid development of legal education.
