Abstract：The high-qualitydevelopmentof theconstructionindustryintheneweraputs forwardnewrequirements forthe training ofengieengcosttalents.Guidedbythemarket，thisarticleprovidesani-depthanalysisoftecurentdemandforengineeringcost talentsintheindustry.Inviewoftecurrentdeficienciesintalenttraining，includingthelackofcuriculumdiversity andIntersectioalitytlckofi-depthpracticaltacingadteicompletg-velducatiostem，tisaprfocsdon promotingtheintegratioofdsiplines，optimiingpracticaleducation，andclasifyingchemicalsubjects，andpromotetefom of training models by building a BIM+ curriculum system and establishing an inteligent practice platform， so as to provide a reference path for cultivating high-quality and compound talents in engineering cost majors.
