Abstract:Throughquestionairesurveyuser interviews,literatureresearchandothermethods,fieldresearchinfourcolleges and universities inMa'anshan City inthewaystudents recycleexpressboxesanddiferent needs,wefoundthattheuser'sparticipationintheentiresevicesystemislow,emotionalfedback ismissing,aswellasampusaestheticsislakingandotherproblems. Based onsuchissues,te conceptof theMoe TREE intelligent expressboxrecycling cabinetis proposed toenhance the satisfactionofuser experiene.Thedesignmeets theneeds ofusers'recyclingtracking,expressboxcashandotherneeds,xpandshecollege express box recycling service mode,realizes theuser through independent recycling expressbox andthenget emotional fedback,and provides reference ideas for the subsequent design ofcollege service system.
