Abstract： Cultivating compoundandhighqualitytalents iseducational objectiveofEnvironmentalEnginering，whichis the truetargetoftheteachingreformforthecourseof“EnvironmentalEngneeringBioogy”，acorecourseinthefieldofEnvironmentalEngineering.Acoding totherequirementsoftheconceptofOBEforprofessionalcertificationofengineeringeducation， theteachingobjectie，teachingsytem，teachingcontent，teachingmode，andteachingevaluationarereconstructedundertheguidance ofconstructivismtheory.Astudent-centeredteachingmodelisputforward，whichpromotesstudents’knowledgegeeration， ability cultivation and value shaping and contribute to the cultivation of environmental engineering professionals.
