12</sub> （ VB<sub>12</sub> ）含量對(duì)并發(fā)子癇前期（PE）的評(píng)估價(jià)值。方法：選取2021年1月—2024年3月于上饒市婦幼保健院定期產(chǎn)檢的80例GDM患者為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)患者是否并發(fā)PE分為PE組、非PE組，各33、47例。比較兩組基線資料及25-（OH）D、FA、 VB<sub>12</sub> 水平，使用多因素logistic回歸分析GDM患者并發(fā)PE的影響因素，并采用ROC曲線分析25-（OH）D、FA、 VB<sub>12</sub> 評(píng)估GDM患者并發(fā)PE的效能。結(jié)果：PE組25-（OH）D、FA、 VB<sub>12</sub> 水平均明顯低于非PE組（ P<0.05 ）； 25- （OH）D、FA、 VB<sub>12</sub> 均為GDM患者并發(fā)PE的獨(dú)立影響因素（ P<0.05 )；ROC曲線分析顯示，25-（OH）D、FA、 VB<sub>12</sub> 評(píng)估GDM患者并發(fā)PE的AUC分別為0.765、0.792、0.831，敏感度分別為 78.79% 、 87.88% 、 78.79% ，特異度分別為 70.21% 二 61.70% 、 78.72% ，其中FA的敏感度最高， VB<sub>12</sub> 的特異度最高。結(jié)論：25-（OH）D、FA、VB<sub>12</sub> 對(duì)GDM患者并發(fā)PE均有較高的評(píng)估效能。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

[Abstract] Objective： The analyze the evaluation value of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25-（OH）D]， folic acid （FA） and vitamin B12 0 VB12） contents in patients with gestational diabetes melitus （GDM） for predicting concomitant preeclampsia （PE）.Method： A total of 8O patients with GDM who underwent regular prenatal examinationsat Shangrao Maternaland Child Health Hospital from January2O21 to March 2O24 were selectedas theresearch subjects，and were divided into the PE group and the non-PE group according to whetherthe patients were complicated withPE，with 33 and47cases in each group.The baseline data and the levels of25-（OH）D，F(xiàn)A andVB 12 of the two groups were compared. The influencing factors of GDM patients complicated with PE were analyzed bymultivariatelogistic regression，and 25（OH）D，F(xiàn)A and VB12 were analyzed by ROC curve to evaluate the efficacy of GDM patients complicated with PE.Result： The levels of 25-（OH）D，F(xiàn)A and VB 12 in the PE group were significantly lower than those in the non-PE group（ P <0.05）. 25-（OH）D， FA and VB 12 were independent influencing factors for concomitantPE in patientswith GDM（ P <0.05）.ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of 25-（OH）D， FA and VB 12 in evaluating concomitant PE in patients with GDM were 0.765，0.792，and O.831，respectively，the sensitivities were 78.79% ， 87.88% ，and 78.79% ，respectively，and the specificities were 70.21% ， 61.70% ，and 78.72% ，respectively.Among them，the sensitivity of FA was the highest，and the specificity of VB12 was the highest.
