[Abstract]Objective：To study theclinical efect of stereotactic intracranial hematoma puncture in patients with intracranial hematomaand itsinfluenceonneurological function，inflammatoryindicatorsandcomplications. Method：The research method was aretrospective analysis.Theresearch subjects were84 patients with intracranial hematoma admitted to Qianxinan People's Hospital from January to December 2O24.According to diferentsurgical plans，the patients were divided into two groups.The study group Was treated with stereotactic intracranial hematoma puncture，and the control group was treated with conventional localization intracerebral hematoma puncture.The hematoma clearance effect，neurological function，inflammatory indicators and the incidence ofcomplications were compard between the two groups. Result： One week after the surgery，the hematoma volume in the study group was smaller than thatin the control group，the hematoma clearance time was shorter than thatin the control group， and the first hematoma clearance volume was greater than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. One month after the surgery， the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. One week after the surgery， the levels of TNF- α ， IL-18 and hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group， and thelevel ofIL-1Owashigher thanthatinthe control group （P<0.05） .Thetotal incidence ofcomplicationsin the study group waslower than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Stereotactic intracranialhematoma puncture can effctively improve the clearance effctof intracranial hematoma，promote the recoveryof neurological function in patients，reduce inflammatory response，and reduce the risk of complications.
