[Abstract]Objective：To observe the effect of Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Finerenone on renal functionandurinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio （UACR） in patients with diabetic kidney disease （DKD）.Method：A totalof 80 patients who received DKD treatment inof Pingxiang Mining Group Co.from September 2022 to December 2O23 were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the routine group （n=40）and the combined group （ n =40）according to the random number table method. The patients in two groups were given DKD conventional treatment，on this basis，patients with Finerenone were used as the routine group，and patients with Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Finerenone were used as the combined group.The renal function，degree of renal injury，IL-6，clinical efficacyand adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result：After treatment，BUNandScrin two groups were lowerthan those before treatment，and those inthecombined group were lower than those in the routine group，after treatment， the endogenous creatinine clearancerate （Ccr）and estimated glomerularfiltrationrate （eGFR）intwo groups were higherthanthose before treatment，and those inthecombined group were higher than those in the routine group P <0.05）.After treatment， the 24 h urinary protein quantification， urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）and UACR in two groups were lower than those before treatment，and those in the combined group were lower than those in the routine group （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the IL-6 in two groups were lower than those before treatment，and that in the combined group was lower than that in the routine group （ P <0.05）.The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the routine group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： Jinshuibao Capsulescombined with Finerenone cansignificantly improve renal function in patients with DKD，effectively reduce proteinuria，and reduce renal inflammation，with good safety.
