Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Combined with rhBNP in Treating Elderly Patients with Acute Attack of HFrEF/LIUShanhu，HEQian，LIUYuzhong.//Medical InnovationofChina，2025，22（20）：006- 010

[Abstract]Objective：To explore the effct of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with Recombinant HumanBrainNatriureticPeptide（rhBNP）inthetreatmentof elderlypatientswithacuteatackofheartfailure with reduced ejection fraction （HFrEF）.Method：Totally12O elderly patients with acute attackof HFrEF in Shangrao People's Hospital were selected from June 2O2O to June 2O23，and were divided into control group （ n =60，treated with rhBNP） and observation group （ n =60，treated with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with rhBNP）by the random number table method.After 3 months of treatment，the eficacy，ultrasonic cardiac function parameters， biochemical indicators，exercise ability and adverse reactions were compared between two groups of patients. Result： （1）After treatment，the total efectiverate inobservation group was higher than that incontrol group，with astatistically significant difference （ P <0.05）. （2） After treatment， the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） in observation groupwas higher，while the left ventricular end-systolic diameter （LVESD）and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDD） were smaller compared to control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.（3）After treatment，the N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP） and highsensitivity troponin T（hs-TnT） inobservation group were lower than those incontrol group，and the six-minute walk test （6MWT） distance was longer than that in control group，with statistical differences （ P <0.05）. （4） There was no statisticallysignificant difference inthe incidence rates of adverse reactions between two groups （ P >0.05）.

Conclusion：For elderly patients with acute attck of HFrEF，Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with rhBNP is helpful to enhancetheeficacy，improvethecardiac functionand blood biochemical indicators，andenhancethe exercise tolerance，and it has high safety.
