[Abstract]Objective：To analyze the therapeutic efectof Danshen Injection on patients with decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease （CPHD）and its influence on prethrombotic state markers and cardiac function. Method：A totalof 8O patients with decompensated CPHD who visited Jiangxi Chest Hospital from May 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method，with 4O cases ineach group.The control group was given conventional treatments suchas oxygen inhalation， cardiacstrengtheningand diuresis.The treatment group was treated with Danshen Injectiononthebasis of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for7days.The changes of coagulation function，hemorheological indicators and cardiac function measurement valuesbefore and after treatment inthe two groups were observed，and the therapeutic efect was evaluated.Result：After treatment，the plasma PTand APTTin the treatment group were longerthan those before treatmentandinthecontrol group，whiletheD-D，F(xiàn)IB，highblood viscosity（HBV），lowblood viscosity （LBV），and plasma viscosity （PV） were allower than those before treatment and in thecontrol group，the differenceswereall statistically significant （ P <0.05）.After treatment， theleft ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and Pa02 in both groups were higher than those before treatment， while the pulmonary artery pressure （PAP） and brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）were lower than those before treatment; moreover，the LVEF and Pa02 in the treatment group were higherthan those in the control group，and thePAP and BNP werelower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.
Conclusion： Danshen Injection can efectively improve coagulation function，promote blood circulation，enhance cardiorespiratory function，and improve therapeutic efects in patients with decompensated CPHD.
