Clinical Application Needle-shaped Nephroscopy in Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy for Patients with Complex Calculi/SUN Cheng.//Medical Innovation China，2025，22（20）：060-065
[Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical application needle-shaped nephroscopy in percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL）for patients with complex calculi.Method： A total 128 patients with complex calculi admitted to the ， from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the study group （n=64） and the conventional group （ n =64） by the random number table method. Both groups received PCNL treatment. The study group used needle-shaped nephroscopy， and the conventional groupused conventional nephroscopy.The surgical indicators，inflammatory indicators，renal function indicators，oxidative stressindicators，stone clearance rate and complication rate between the two groups were compared.Result： The operation time and hospital stay the study group were shorter than those the conventional group，andtheintraoperativebloodloss waslessthanthat theconventional group，thedifferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.One day after the operation，the levels IL-1O，CRP，PCT，Scr，and BUN in the study group were allower than those in the conventional group，while thelevels superoxide dismutase （SOD） and glutathione peroxidase （GSH- Px ）were lower than those in the conventional group，the differences were all statistically significant （ P <0.05）. The stone clearance rate the study group one month after the operation was 96.88 % （62/64），which was higher than 85.94% （55/64） the conventional group，the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.The total incidence complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group， the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： Needle-shaped nephroscopy has significant advantages in PCNL patients with complex calculi.Itcan alleviate inflammation，improve renal function and oxidative stress，and has relatively high safety.
復(fù)雜性結(jié)石是泌尿外科常見病之一，主要包括鹿角形結(jié)石、多發(fā)性結(jié)石、鑄型結(jié)石等，由于其形態(tài)復(fù)雜、體積較大、分布范圍廣，治療難度顯著增加，給患者生活質(zhì)量帶來嚴(yán)重影響[。（剩余8073字）
