Abstract：ScientificimplementationofdisciplineinspetionandsupervisionworkisanimportantmeansoftheParty’sselfevolu tion，andtheidentfatioofupeoectsstunatioofdisiaryispetiondspesiokoughpreedtfcationofsupervisorjects，supervisoryogansanancethimelisofdscoveingndcoectingpblesfillthesintheperationfsupervisorypower，andultimatelypromotetheimprovementofteatioalsupervisionsste.Howeveruetotendtoi provelegislativetequesnduclearadadsforteopeofsupervisoryects，isisueshasbrougtanydiultitopractical work.Itissuggestedtomproelegislatietequesndstregtetesandardatioofgaltexts，ndtablishasupervisoectidentificationsystembasedonthestandardof“exercisingpublicpower”，andfurtherpromote testandardiationofdiscipinaryinspection and supervision work，in order to achieve the goal of promoting the rule of law in supervision.
