Abstract：Duringthe WarofResistance Against JapaneseAggresion，theJapanese invadersstrove toconductpropagandawarsagainsttheChinesepeople，publishing inflammatory，deceptiveandfascistremarkstroughnewspapers，radioandothermediaplatforsin anatemptodispeltheChinesepeople’snatioalconsciousessandsenseofwarofresistance，soatoachvethegoalofinvadingChina.Inesponsetothissituation，thCommunistPartyofCinaadoptedstrategiessuchasenrichingpropagandamediaandlaunchingpsy chologicalofensivestolaunchresolutepropagandastrugleagainstJapantobreaktheJapaneseinvadersdeeptivepropaganda.here fore，adheringtotheleadershipoftheCentralCommiteeofthCommunistPartyofCinawithComradeMaoZedongatitscore，theCommunistPartyofChinaadoptedtargetedpropagandamethodsbasedonthespecificcircumstancesoftheJapanesearyobilizedtheses to participateintepublicopinionwaagaistJapantodismantletepropagandaofteJapansesidandweakenteiliaryrengthf theinvaders，andaccumulatedrichexperienceinpropagandaagainstJapan.Intheneweratodoagodjobinpropagandawork，itis necesarytofimlygaspteinitiative，activelypresentavividndtdimensionalimagofChina，andfilystablishtheproganda concept of putting people first.
