蘋果皮加工利用研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:我國是世界上最大的蘋果生產(chǎn)國和消費(fèi)國,蘋果加工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá),同時(shí)造成了蘋果皮的大量浪費(fèi)和污染。蘋果皮具有豐富的營養(yǎng)價(jià)值和多種潛在的加工利用途徑,本文總結(jié)了蘋果皮加工利用現(xiàn)狀,以期對(duì)蘋果皮的深加工和綜合利用起到推動(dòng)和引領(lǐng)作用,從而提高蘋果皮的綜合利用率,降低對(duì)環(huán)境的污染,推動(dòng)蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。

Research Progress in Apple Peel Processing and Utilization

Abstract: China is the world’s largest producer and consumer of apples, with a well-developed apple processing industry that has resulted in a large amount of waste and pollution of apple peels. Apple peel has rich nutritional value and various potential processing and utilization pathways. This paper summarizes the current situation of apple peel processing and utilization, in order to promote and lead the deep processing and comprehensive utilization of apple peel, so as to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of apple peel, reduce the pollution to the environment, and promote the development of apple industry.
