地產(chǎn)白酒糯米燒質(zhì)量安全風險因素及解決措施分析

摘 要：天臺縣地處浙江省山區(qū)，地產(chǎn)白酒糯米燒產(chǎn)業(yè)為天臺縣主要特色產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。本文對影響白酒質(zhì)量安全的風險因素進行調(diào)研分析，并提出改進措施，以期推進天臺縣地產(chǎn)白酒小作坊轉(zhuǎn)型升級，規(guī)范生產(chǎn)，保障食品質(zhì)量安全。

Analysis of Quality and Safety Risk Factors and Solutions of Local Glutinous Rice Baijiu

Abstract： Tiantai county is located in the mountainous area of Zhejiang province， and the local glutinous rice Baijiu industry is one of the main characteristic industries in Tiantai county. This paper investigates and analyzes the risk factors affecting the quality and safety of Baijiu， and proposes improvement measures， with a view to promoting the transformation and upgrading of small workshops of the local glutinous rice Baijiu in Tiantai county， standardizing production， and guaranteeing food quality and safety.
