摘 要:從健康營養(yǎng)衛(wèi)生的角度結(jié)合新版中國居民膳食對(duì)民眾的飲食健康進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析,將現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中的科學(xué)飲食理念與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)健康膳食理念結(jié)合,讓日常飲食更加科學(xué)健康,更能夠適應(yīng)中國人的體質(zhì),從而達(dá)到合理營養(yǎng)、促進(jìn)健康的目的。
