米糠食用的安全性指標(biāo)研究

摘 要:米糠作為一種糧食資源,存在酸變劣變、黃曲霉菌污染、重金屬超標(biāo)、農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)和口感粗糙、糠氣重等問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重威脅人體健康。為解決這些問(wèn)題,保障米糠的食用安全性,實(shí)現(xiàn)米糠綜合開(kāi)發(fā)利用,本文對(duì)米糠食用的安全性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了研究,并提出了保障米糠食用安全的技術(shù)措施。

Study on the Safety Index of Edible Rice Bran

Abstract: As a food resource, rice bran has problems such as acid deterioration, Aspergillus flavus pollution, excessive heavy metals, excessive pesticide residues, rough taste, and heavy bran gas, which seriously threaten human health. In order to solve these problems, ensure the edible safety of rice bran and realize the comprehensive development and utilization of rice bran, this paper studied the safety index of rice bran, and put forward the technical measures to ensure the safety of rice bran.

2021年,中共中央辦公廳國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳頒布《糧食節(jié)約行動(dòng)方案》,提出要“加強(qiáng)糧食資源綜合利用,有效利用米糠等糧油加工副產(chǎn)品,生產(chǎn)食用食品、功能物質(zhì)及工業(yè)制品”。(剩余4816字)
