獼猴桃黃酮提取工藝研究進展

摘 要:獼猴桃中黃酮類化合物是獼猴桃中含量較高的具有多酚結(jié)構(gòu)的次生代謝產(chǎn)物,具有降血脂、降壓、抗氧化等多種生物活性,在醫(yī)藥、食品、農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文對獼猴桃中黃酮的提取方法進行了綜述和總結(jié),旨在為獼猴桃黃酮的進一步研究利用提供參考。

Research Progress on Extraction Technology of Flavonoids from Kiwifruit

Abstract: Flavonoids in kiwifruit are secondary metabolites with polyphenol structure with high content in kiwifruit. They have many biological activities such as lowering blood lipid, lowering blood pressure, anti-oxidation, and have broad application prospects in medicine, food, agriculture and other fields. In this paper, the extraction methods of flavonoids from kiwifruit were reviewed and summarized in order to provide reference for further research and utilization of flavonoids from kiwifruit.
