淺談大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在食品安全監(jiān)管中的運(yùn)用

摘 要：本文通過分析我國食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)特點(diǎn)與應(yīng)用意義，闡明食品安全監(jiān)管中引入大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的對(duì)策，來構(gòu)建食品安全監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)而加強(qiáng)對(duì)食品安全的監(jiān)管。

Discuss the Application of Big Data Technology in Food Safety Supervision
