高分辨質(zhì)譜技術(shù)在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要：隨著科技的不斷進(jìn)步，高分辨質(zhì)譜技術(shù)在食品檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。高分辨質(zhì)譜技術(shù)以其高靈敏度、高分辨率和高準(zhǔn)確度的特點(diǎn)，在食品中有害物質(zhì)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分以及食品添加劑等的檢測(cè)中表現(xiàn)出色。本文探討了高分辨質(zhì)譜技術(shù)在食品檢測(cè)中的具體應(yīng)用及其優(yōu)勢(shì)，以期為食品質(zhì)量監(jiān)管提供技術(shù)參考。

Application of High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry in Food Testing

Abstract： With the continuous advancement of science and technology， high-resolution mass spectrometry technology is more and more widely used in the field of food testing. With its high sensitivity， high resolution and high accuracy， high-resolution mass spectrometry technology performs well in the detection of harmful substances， nutrients and food additives in food. In this paper， the specific application and advantages of high-resolution mass spectrometry in food testing are discussed， in order to provide technical reference for food quality supervision.
