基層食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢工作現(xiàn)狀和質(zhì)量提升策略
摘 要:食品抽檢是基層食品安全監(jiān)督的重要技術(shù)支撐,是市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管部門(mén)進(jìn)行食品監(jiān)管的重要手段。本文介紹基層食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢工作重要性和基本情況,分析基層食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢工作存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)性地提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化措施,以推動(dòng)基層食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢工作的有效開(kāi)展。

The Status Quo and Quality Improvement Strategy of Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Inspection at Grassroots Level

Abstract: Food sampling is an important technical support for grass-roots food safety supervision, and an important means for market supervision departments to carry out food supervision. This study introduced the importance and basic situation of grassroots food safety supervision and sampling work, analyzed the problems existing in grassroots food safety supervision and sampling work, and put forward corresponding optimization measures to promote the effective development of grassroots food safety supervision and sampling work.
