摘 要:本文針對食品添加劑檢測中存在的標準物質缺乏、檢測靈敏度不足和交叉污染等問題,提出了構建標準物質庫、優(yōu)化儀器檢出限和實施嚴格樣品管理等解決方案。通過在關鍵環(huán)節(jié)采取系統(tǒng)措施,可有效提升食品添加劑檢測的準確性和可靠性,為食品安全監(jiān)管提供有力的技術支撐。

Common Problems and Solutions in Food Additive Testing

Abstract: This article proposes solutions to the problems of lack of standard substances, insufficient detection sensitivity, and cross contamination in food additive testing, including building a standard substance library, optimizing instrument detection limits, and implementing strict sample management. By taking systematic measures at critical stages, the accuracy and reliability of food additive testing can be effectively improved, providing strong technical support for food safety supervision.
