“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管研究
摘 要:隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”戰(zhàn)略的深入實(shí)施,餐飲行業(yè)迎來(lái)前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂餐、智慧餐廳等新業(yè)態(tài)蓬勃興起,極大地便利了人們的生活。然而,這一變革使得餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管領(lǐng)域面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文分析了“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”技術(shù)對(duì)餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管的影響,并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策意見(jiàn),以確保消費(fèi)者舌尖上的安全。

Research on Food Safety Supervision in the Context of “Internet +”

Abstract: With the in-depth implementation of the “Internet+” strategy, the catering industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities, and emerging business forms such as online ordering and smart restaurants have flourished, greatly facilitating people’s lives. However, this change also poses new challenges to the supervision of food and beverage safety. This paper analyzes the impact of “Internet+” technology on food safety supervision and puts forward relevant countermeasures to ensure the safety of consumers’ tongue.
