摘 要:涼拌菜作為一種獨(dú)特的膳食類型,其安全性與食材的加工、制作環(huán)境的衛(wèi)生狀況以及安全監(jiān)管的力度等都有很大的關(guān)系。本文分析涼拌菜的安全性問題,闡述涼拌菜的安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀,以期為涼拌菜的食用安全提供建議。

Safety Risk Analysis and Safety Supervision Status of Cold Mixed Vegetables

Abstract: As a unique dietary type, the safety of cold mixed vegetables has a great relationship with the processing of food materials, the health status of the production environment and the strength of safety supervision. This paper analyzes the safety of cold mixed vegetables, expounds the current situation of safety supervision of cold mixed vegetables, in order to provide suggestions for the edible safety of cold mixed vegetables.
