(1.International CooperationJointLaboratoryfor Catastrophe Simulationand Systemic Risk Response,Ministryof Education, Beijing Normal Universityat Zhuhai,Zhuhai519O87,China;2.School of National SecurityandEmergency Management, BeijingNormalUniversityBeijingO875,China;3.SchoolofSystemsScience,BeijingNormalUniversityBeijing00875, China;4ScholfaidUrbStaoatieiUstofiilgeingndcieur,ea Abstract: Itisacommonmethodtoextract waterareasinSARremotesensingimagesbasedothetresholdsgmentationmethod,which hastheadvantagesofclearphysicalmeaningandlowagoritcomplexity.Thedeteminationofthesholdisthekeyoftistypofet od,andtheistigaalndutomatictolddeternatiometossuferfrortessdeakadptabilitytoaterdistribution.Thisarticlefirstlyanalyzedthereasonsforthefluctuationoftheoptimalsegmentationthresholdwhenextractingwaterbodies basednSARremotesensing imagesfromtheperspectiveofmicrowavescateringcharacteristicsofwaterbodies,mainlyicludingging conditions,polarizationmethods,watersurfaceroughness,andotherfactors;Secondly,onthisbasis,aregresionmodelbetwenSAR imagingcondionsandwaterbackscatringcoeficientwasuil,andanadaptivethesholdsgmentationmetodwaspropdforater extractionbasedonthismodel.Finally,experimentswereconductedbyusingactualhig-resolutionSARremotesensingimagedata.The testresultsshowthatthemethodhasstrongadaptabilitytochangesinimagingconditionsandothrfactors,withanextractionacacyof (20 94.8% .Theextractionprocesscanachievefullprocessautomation,whichcanefectively improvetheaccuracyandtimelinessofemote sensing flood monitoring.
