基層醫(yī)務(wù)人員科研能力提升與對策

摘 要：科研是醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的重要的組成部分，隨著醫(yī)療技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步，提高科研的能力、推動和加強(qiáng)科研能力的提升是目前我們國家醫(yī)療服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)面臨的重要問題。本研究探討目前基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)醫(yī)務(wù)人員科研能力存在的問題并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的探討，提出相應(yīng)的解決方法。

Abstract：Scientific research is an important component of medical development.With the continuous progress of medical technology，improving research capabilities，promoting and strengthening research capabilities，is currently an important issue faced by our national medical service institutions.This study explores the existing problems in the scientific research ability of medical personnel in grassroots medical institutions and proposes corresponding solutions.
