Abstract：Aimingatthecompetitionofpublicopinioninformationduringcros-platforminteraction，thispaper proposed the propagationtolawanalyzethecompetitivepublicopinioninformation incouplednetwork．Introducingopinion dynamicson thebasisofSEIRmodel，thispaperaddedpositiveandnegativeinformationdisseminators.Then，itbuiltacouplednetwork basedonsmallworld network anddirectedscale-free network to meetcurent social characteristics，andconstructeda SEPNCRmodelforthecompetitivepublicopinioninformation dissemination inmultivariateheterogeneouscouplednetwork．This papersimulatedandanalyzedtheefectofsingledualplatform，informationcontent，andindividualheterogeneityintecouplednetwork，exploring theroleof mediaguidanceand governmentinterventions.Thesimulationresultsshowthatthemodel describesthediseminationprocessofcompetitivepublicopinion information inmultivariate heterogeneouscouplednetwork. Comparedwithsinglenetworks，theinteractionbehaviors incouplednetwork enhancethescaleandspeedofopiniondissemination，increasethedegreeof informationdiversityandallviateinformationhomogeneity.Theemotionalcolorandsesitivity of informationdirectlyafectthecompetitivesituationofpublicopinioninformation.Mediaguidanceandthetimingof goverment interventionhaveasignificantefectoncontrollng thedisseminationofpublicopinion.Thestudyprovidesatheoretical basis fortheanalysisof theevolutionofonlinepublicopinionandascientificdecision-making referenceforpublicopinion guidance and governance
