摘 要 根據(jù)應(yīng)用型地方本科高校培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)和實(shí)踐能力的高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型人才的需要,自動(dòng)化專業(yè)圍繞工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和新工科建設(shè)的要求,不斷完善課程體系和實(shí)踐教育體系,建設(shè)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”虛擬仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)中心和三環(huán)節(jié)融合的實(shí)踐育人協(xié)同平臺(tái),構(gòu)建基于“工程生長(zhǎng)”理念的工程實(shí)踐階梯培養(yǎng)模式。

Exploration and Practice on Reform of Talents Training Model for Automation Specialty//LU Huacai
Abstract According to the needs of applied local universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents with innovative spirit, entrepreneurial conscious-ness and practical ability, automation majors con-stantly improve the curriculum system and practical education system around the requirements of engi-neering education professional accreditation stan-dards and new engineering construction, and build “Internet +” virtual simulation center and the practical training platform for integration of three links, and build a stepped training mode of enginee-ring practice based on “engineering growth” concept.

0 引言
2010年,教育部為貫徹落實(shí)《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020年)》和《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期人才發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020年)》啟動(dòng)了卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃,2012年安徽工程大學(xué)自動(dòng)化專業(yè)加入了安徽省卓越計(jì)劃,開始改革自動(dòng)化專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式,制定了自動(dòng)化專業(yè)卓越工程師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃,重點(diǎn)對(duì)實(shí)踐教育環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了改革。(剩余2664字)
