新中式教育理念下的藥學(xué)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)

摘  要  通過對(duì)新中式教育的解讀，探討對(duì)藥學(xué)人才的培養(yǎng)方法及理念。通過體驗(yàn)式教育、創(chuàng)新教育與社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融合，培養(yǎng)緊跟時(shí)代的藥學(xué)專業(yè)人才。并且對(duì)線上教育方法進(jìn)行探討，闡明培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的能力的重要性。

Abstract  Through the interpretation of the new Chinese style education， this paper discusses the training methods and ideas of pharmaceutical talents. Through

the integration of experiential education， innova-tive education and socialist core values， we will cultivate pharmaceutical professionals who keep up

with the times. It also discusses the online educa-tion methods and clarifies the importance of culti-vating students’ ability of active learning.

0  引言

自“十三五”以來，國(guó)家對(duì)醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域越發(fā)重視，特別是針對(duì)用藥安全及藥品質(zhì)量控制方面的要求日趨嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，這就需要從根本上提高醫(yī)藥從業(yè)者的自身素養(yǎng)，培養(yǎng)更高要求的醫(yī)藥人才。（剩余5354字）
