基于中國(guó)知網(wǎng)的近二十年臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)情況調(diào)查研究

摘 要 在中國(guó)知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫中通過對(duì)比研究發(fā)現(xiàn),臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教育的熱點(diǎn)由教學(xué)理論研究偏向教學(xué)方法研究,由傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式到混合式教學(xué)模式,由泛大臨床式研究下沉至專門式研究。近二十年來,我國(guó)醫(yī)療水平的提高帶動(dòng)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)研究的發(fā)展,但研究范圍相對(duì)集中,未形成規(guī)模性的高產(chǎn)和高被引作者群。

Survey of Clinical Medicine Teaching in Recent
20 Years Based on CNKI//GUO Jiajia, LI Xue-song, GUO Yuekun
Abstract Through the comparative study, it is found that the focus of clinical medical education has shifted from teaching theory to teaching method, from traditional teaching mode to mixed teaching mode, and from clinical department of medicine and surgery research to specialized research. In recent 20 years, the improvement of medical level in China has driven the development of clinical medical tea-
ching and research, but the research scope is rela-tively concentrated, and there is no large-scale high yield and high citation group.

0 引言
臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教育是我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展的基石,為醫(yī)療事業(yè)前景提供了數(shù)以萬計(jì)的專業(yè)人才,歷經(jīng)多年的積淀,臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教育事業(yè)有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,但仍面臨著現(xiàn)實(shí)的挑戰(zhàn),其中一個(gè)突出矛盾就是臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)無法滿足臨床崗位的實(shí)際需求[1]。(剩余5166字)
