從講課比賽視角研究如何提升青年教師教學(xué)能力

摘 要 青年教師參加講課競賽,對其教學(xué)能力的提升有很大的指導(dǎo)意義。以講課比賽視角,根據(jù)十余年的教學(xué)經(jīng)歷結(jié)合自身講課比賽的經(jīng)驗(yàn),重點(diǎn)從課前準(zhǔn)備、課堂呈現(xiàn)、儀表儀態(tài)、課后反思等方面來論述如何更好地講授數(shù)字地形測量學(xué)這門課程,旨在對青年教師講課水平的提升起到參考作用。

ching competitions is of great guiding significance to the improvement of their teaching ability. From the perspective of lectures and competitions, based on more than ten years of teaching experience com-
bined with my own experience in lectures and compe-titions, this paper focuses on how to better teach Digital Topography from the aspects of pre class pre-
paration, classroom presentation, appearance, and reflection after class, aiming to play a reference role in improving the teaching level of young tea-chers.
