高校體育課程思政育人內(nèi)涵及開展策略研究

[Abstract] This article mainly explores the educational connotation and implementation strategiesof ideological and politicaleducationincollege physical educationcouses.Thisresearch，bymeansofacombinationof theoreticalanalysis andcasestudies，analyzes theconnotationofideologicaland politicaleducationinphysical educationcourses fromeven dimensions： physical practice and spiritual tempering，internalizationof theconcept of the ruleoflaw，cultivationof colectivist values，inheritanceof thered gene，cultivationof innovativeconsciousnessand resilience，life care，and socialistcorevalues.Anumberofspecificimplementationstrategies have beenproposed，includingexploringideological and political elements in physical education teaching，highlighting value guidance in curiculum design，enriching the forms of ideologicalandpoliticalactivities inphysical education，andemphasizing thecultivationofsports spirit.Practice has proved that ideological and political education incollge physical education courses has rich connotations and plays a keyrolein improving students'comprehensivequalitiesand moral standards.Therefore，colegesneed toconstantly improve the education systemand enhance theeducationalvalueof ideologicaland political education in physical education courses.
