高職院校健身指導(dǎo)專業(yè)“雙師型”教師賦能路徑研究

[Abstract]Thisarticle takesthefitnessguidance majorofhigher vocational colegesas theresearchobject,focuseson the theoretical relationship between the empowerment path of "dual-qualified" teachers and the improvement of teachingquality. Combining the background of "three-education reform" and the requirements of high-quality development of vocational education,itbuildsa multi-dimensionalcollaborativeempowerment framework.Itpoints outthatthecurrntmajor is facing practical dificultiessuchassinglerecruitmentchannels,weak practicalabilityand incompleteincentive mechanisms whicharereflected inlowenterprise participation,insuficient teaching inovation, and insuficient performance of industry-education integration.In terms of empowerment path,the following implementation strategies are proposed: deepen the two-way empowerment mechanism between schools and enterprises,strengthen teachers'abilityto apply technologyandconnect with industries;buildadynamic certification system,improve the ladder of teachers'careerdevelopment;establishainternaland extemal dual drive incentive mechanism to stimulate teachers'intrinsic motivation;relyon the team colaboration model,promote knowledgesharing and skillcomplementarity.The aim is to provide theoreticalsupport forthe developmentand improvement of dualqualified teachers in fitness guidance majors in higher vocational collges
