高校民族傳統(tǒng)體育公共課程高質(zhì)量推進(jìn)路徑研究

[Abstract] Asa precious cultural heritageof China,traditional ethnic sports embodythe essenceof the wisdomof the Chinese nationand haveaprofound historical originand richcultural implications.This research adopts methods such as literaturereview,expertinterviews,andfieldresearch toinvestigatethehigh-qualitydevelopmentof public tradiional ethnic sports courses in coleges and universities. It aims to identify existing isues and propose ways to promote them. The research suggests that traditional ethnic sports can enhance students' physical fitness,promote the inheritanceof traditional Chinese culture,and enrich thecontent system of public sports courses in collgesanduniversities.There are several problems inthe constructionanddevelopment of public coursesof traditional ethnic sports incollges and universities,suchas therelativelylowskillevelofsports teachers,therelativelysingleteachingcontentofthecourses, the lack of traditional ethnic sports events,and the lack of targeted teaching projects.The following high-quality promotion paths for public courses are proposed: strengthening comprehensive skils training for teachers to improve their teaching level; reshaping the teaching content system of the courses to enrich the teaching content;attaching importance to organizing campus traditional ethnic sports events to stimulate students'participation enthusiasm;and conducting targeted teaching activities guided by the characteristics of traditional ethnic sports projects.
