[Abstract]Modern footballpresentsadeveloping trendofhighspeed，inteligentandtactical diversification，which puts forward higher requirements for the instantaneous reactionabilityofthe defensive system.There are problems in China's football defensive training，such aslackof targeted training methods，insuficient cultivation of defensive awareness，and insuficient integration of physical training and defensive technique training.In response to these problems，this research constructs a precise training model under high-intensityconfrontation.In terms of model construction，bsedonbigdata，itcoectplayers'pyicalandsportsperformancedata，mineplayers'chacteistics， and thenformulate personalized training plans; Using Virtual Reality （VR）technology to simulate realitic game scenes， combined with small-scale game training， to improve players'confrontation decision-making ability; Through video analysis，case teaching，andthinking training， players' defensive awareness is strengthened; It designs special physical training，focusing onenhancing endurance，speed，strengthandagilityandorganicallycombine physical training with defensive technical training.This precise training mode provides new ideas for improving players'defensive ability，and hasbeen verifiedin practice toefectively improve the defensive performance of players under high-intensity confrontation，and promotethedevelopmentoffootballdefensivetraininginascientific，accurateandeficientdirection.
