全民健身背景下大眾參與社會體育的路徑研究

[Abstract] This research，underthe backgroundof thenational fitnessaimsto explore efective paths forpublic participation insocial sports，withthe implementationof theHealthy China strategyas thebackground. Using methods suchas literaturereviewandcaseanalysis，itsystematicallhighlights thesignificant importanceof publicparticipation in social sports for enhancing national health，promoting social integration，boosting economic growth，and preserving sports culture.Italsodelves into thecurent challenges，including weak participationawareness，imbalances in sports facility supplyanddemand，laggingservices fromsocialorganizations，ndalackofscientificfitness guiance.The research finds that insuficient publicity and education lead to cognitive biases among the public，uneven resource allocation exacerbates regional differences，an incomplete organizational system restricts service supply，anda shortage of professional talent affcts the quality of guidance.To addressthese isses， the research proposes strategies such as strengthening publicityandmobilization，optimizingresource allocation，improving theorganizational system，and innovating service models.These strategies include using new media for diversified publicity，promoting balanced distributionof sports facilities，fosteringand expanding social sportsorganizations，andstrengthening theconstruction of scientific fitness talent teams.The research concludes that through multi-dimensional optimization paths，the participationofisocialsportscanbesignficantlyenhanced，whichisofgreattheoreticalandpracticalsigniicancefor buildinga higher-level public service system for national fitness and advancing the Healthy China construction.
