[Abstract] With thepromotionof theconstructionof Healthy China,itis imperative to reform theexperimental teaching ofSports Human Sciencecourses insports majors tomeet the public's multi-level demands for health services. Based on this,this article conducts a pedagogical reflectionon four keyaspects ofthe course's experimental teaching: teaching objectives,content, instructional models,and leaningasessment.Itproposes experimental teachingojectives thathighlightthecutivationofhealth servicecapabilities,reconstruct multi-level experimental modules,adopt problem oriented experimental teaching models,and implement multi-party evaluations throughout the entire process,aiming to cultivate sports professonals who can adapt to the needs of social development.
