Abstract:LaboreducationaavialarrrforteineritancofecelenttraditioalCineseculture,holdsomprehensieducationalvaluesiulivatigmoraityhancngintellgence,rengeningpicalealthndfseringastheic.Froese tive of cultural inheritance,this study takes Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology‘s "1 +3+ N" labor education system as the researchobjectandemploys methodssuchas ieratureanalysis,case studies,andfieldresearch to explore inovativepathways for laboreducationinvocatioalcoegesundertheframeworkofculturaltransmsionhresearchidentifiesissessuchastelacof culturalinheritancefunctionsandinadequateimplementationmechanismsincurrentvcationallaboreducation.Tefindingsdemon stratethatbyconstructinganducationalsystemcenteredonculuralconsciousnessupporedbythreepillrs (clasroomteaching, extracuriculartivindcialclboation)nditgatedihprcticalpogotioalgsen unitybetweenprofessoalskillulivaoadluralvauetransmssoispachtivelyanssudentsaboliac occupational competencies,craftsmanship spirit,and innovative awareness.
