Abstract：LaboreducationaavialarrrforteineritancofecelenttraditioalCineseculture，holdsomprehensieducationalvaluesiulivatigmoraityhancngintellgence，rengeningpicalealthndfseringastheic.Froese tive of cultural inheritance，this study takes Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology‘s "1 +3+ N" labor education system as the researchobjectandemploys methodssuchas ieratureanalysis，case studies，andfieldresearch to explore inovativepathways for laboreducationinvocatioalcoegesundertheframeworkofculturaltransmsionhresearchidentifiesissessuchastelacof culturalinheritancefunctionsandinadequateimplementationmechanismsincurrentvcationallaboreducation.Tefindingsdemon stratethatbyconstructinganducationalsystemcenteredonculuralconsciousnessupporedbythreepillrs （clasroomteaching， extracuriculartivindcialclboation）nditgatedihprcticalpogotioalgsen unitybetweenprofessoalskillulivaoadluralvauetransmssoispachtivelyanssudentsaboliac occupational competencies，craftsmanship spirit，and innovative awareness.
