Abstract：Theproliferationofdigital mediaandthegenerational shiftamongaudiencesinthenewerapresentbothexistential chalengesandiovativeimperativesfortesurvivalanddevelopmentoftraditionalteater，divenytemergencefnewedi andnewreceptiondemogapics.Thisaperwillxploretegionalculturalenceoftraditioaltaterfiingitsotioal conection withaudiences.Taking thecompetitionscriptYantai DiaryfromtheinauguralNationalPostgraduate"CulturalChina"DualCreationCompetitionasitsresearchsubject，thestudyanalyzeshowYantaiDiaryinnovativelyembodiestheQiluregionalculture bypersonifyngittroughdramaticcharacters.Byadaptinghistoricalnarativesandfolklegendsintotheatricalplots，andploing traditionaldramatictechniques，theplayexpresesthecoreconceptofthetrinityofthepeople，culture，andthcity.Thisapproach sekspathwaysfortheinovativeintegrationofQiluregionalcultureandtraditionaltheater.Tismodelofscriptcreation—featuring contemporaryexpressionsofregionalculturalsymbolshilepreservingtheinherentartisticDNAoftheform—offrsareference paradigm for the future regeneration of traditional theater through regional culture.
