Research on the Optimization of "Reading Therapy" Services in University Libraries under the Background of Innovation-Driven Development

—Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Colleges and Universities in Zhaoqing City

Abstract: Basedon thestrategic background of innovation-driven development,this study systematicalyanalyzes the optimizationpathofreadingtherapyserviceinuniversitylibrariesthroughanempirical investigationof153collegestudents' questionnaires in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. The results show: ① a significant cognitive-behavioral gap in service delivery (overall cognitive rate 62.09% VS actual utilization rate 33.99% ) ② marked disciplinary diferences,with recognition rate significantly higher among liberal arts students ( 48.42% ) than among science and engineering students ( 28.42% ) ③ areas for improvement including service professionalism ( 26.73% questioning rate) and environmental facilities ( 63.00% dissatisfaction rate).Standardizedasessmenttolsconfirmedtheservicesanxiety-reductioneffctahieved statistical significane(p<0.05). Demand analysis reveals user preferences shifting toward digital and experiential services ( 64.36% video resource demand, (20 69.28% VR experience preference).Building on the"cognition-behavior-environment"integration framework,thispaper proposes three-dimensionaloptimization strategies:precision communication strategy,immersivespace construction,and interdisciplinary collaboration mechanism.
