Abstract： Withtherapid development of nemediatechnology，traditional artisfacing unprecedentedopportunitiesand challenges.Henan，asoneoftheimporantbirtplacesoftraditionalChineseculture，hasabundantintangibleculturalheritagersources oftraditionalda.oweer，inepidevelopntprocsofodeocietyenan'sadiioalteatricalintangiblelal heritageisfacingmanychallngessuchasaudiencelossandshortageofinheritors.Howtoachieveitsdynamicinheritanceinthe newmediaenvironment hasbecomeanurgentproblemtobesolved.Thisstudyaims to exploretheimpactofthenewmediaenvironmentonthedynamicinheritanceof taditional theatricalintangibleculturalheritageinHenanProvince.Itproposesstrategiesand suggestios forusingnew mediaforbrandbuildingandpromotion，inovativecommunicationmethodsandcontent，strengthening crossdisciplaryopatioduliagprfesioaltalentsamiciacidertprideocal practical guidance for the dynamic inheritance of traditional theatrical intangible cultural heritage.
