Abstract:Withtherapidaccelerationofglobalizationandthein-depthimplementationoftheBeltandRoadInitiative,teffectivenssadiueneoftiteatioaldeatioofneureaesingEspiallinefigialitele "Chinese + " education model,asaninnovativestrategy，playsacrucialroleincultivatingcompound talentswith internationalperspectivesandexcelentcosscultualomunicaionskills.Teglobalompeteeandinteatioalommuncatindmosatedby internatioalChineseteachershave becomeoneoftheKeyqualies tomeasure whethertheteaching staffinthe21stcenturycan shouldertheresponsibilityofbuildinganeducationalpowerhouse,andhaveimportantstrategicsignicanceinthecontextofglobalizeddigitalChina.Tissudyistexploreidepthtecouplingmchanism,valueimplications,practicalchalenges,andbreakthrough pathsofnewqualityproductvityempoweringinternationalChineselanguage teachers‘competencenhancement.Thegoalis tocomprehensivelyenhancetheglobalcompetenceandinternationalcommunicationabilityof intermationalChineseteachers,and contribute to the construction of the international Chinese teacher team.
