Abstract：Traditionalcraft intangiblecultural heritageprojects inGansuProvincearefacing manychalenges intheprocessof culturalandtourismintegration.Thesedificultiesarecomplexandinterdependent，seriouslyhinderingteinheritanceanddevelopmentprocessofintangibleculturalhritageprojects，andalsoafectingtehrmonousprogresofculureandeconoyBasdonthe theoryofproductiveprotection，thisstudyfoundtroughfieldinvestigationndidustraldataanalysistattraditoalcaftangible culturalheritageprojectsinansuProinccefourajorallnges：marketadaationdifs，oridustrialhadsal impact，andinadequatetelctualpropertyprotection.Fromteperspetieofaluehnrecostruction，treenoeinteated developmentmodelofultureandtoursmisproposed，hichcludesdyamicprotectionreativetrasformation，andseepowerment.Thisodelistoeateasstematicsolutiothatincorporateselementssuchasproductiovatio，dustrybotio andpropertyrightsprotection，providingtheoreticalreferenceforthecordinateddevelopmentofcultureandconomyinthewestern intangible cultural heritage resource rich areas.
